Jacquelyn "Jackie" Johnson (Tucker), Class of '66

I was in the French Club, the National Honor Society, Future Teachers of America., Student Council, and attended Governor's Honor School after my junior year. I really enjoyed my French classes and will always remember Mrs. Pulliam.

I attended U. Georgia for one year, married Fred Tucker, moved to Texas and fell in love with nursing while working as a nurses' aide. I have been an R.N. for 24 years and in 1996 completed my Masters Degree in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington, and am a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. We have 2 children, Holly and Brian, and 5 wonderful grandchildren. We live on 10 acres in the country outside Eastland, Tx (pop. 4000) , attend a small country Southern Baptist church, have recently begun square dancing (again) and are enjoying life. Fred retired after teaching for 31 years. I am working in a small family practice clinic in Eastland and hope to retire within the next 20 years. We've been looking for Dee Morrow who used to teach at Eddy Jr. High and have not been able to locate him. If anyone knows his wherabouts, please contact us!
